STORE POLICIES

Everything in the shop is made to order. Your order may take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to create, depending on the volume of orders. 

We do not accept cancellations on any orders after 24 hours of purchasing. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Please read through every listing description to make sure you place your order correctly.

We recommend placing an order at least 4 weeks before an event. If you need your order before then, you will need to contact us so we can arrange a rush order- applicable fees will apply.

It is the buyer's responsibility to place their order in a timely matter.
